For Christmas, my wife got me this shaving gift set, and I was really impressed with the cream and balm. I even picked up some extra supplies using the voucher that came with it. Definitely recommend it!

Everything's all good, but I noticed one of the bottles was leaking. It seems like the lid wasn't screwed on tight enough, so I'm hoping I fixed the issue.

"Gift of the City of London Collection..."
I got the City of London Collection as a present, but when it arrived, one of the bottles had leaked because the top didn’t fit right. This happened on 29/11/2022. I reached out to them with photos showing the damage to the box and the leaking bottle. One of the founders got in touch to apologize, and they sent me a replacement. I’m pleased with the customer service I got.
